Our online consultation system, Open Debate, makes community and stakeholder engagement more accessible, interactive and auditable; inevitably helping record valuable support for new plans, projects or developments.
The system currently helps a range of businesses, including renewable energy developers, house builders, leisure companies and planning bodies, to consult with more people than the more traditional consultation methods do, reaching people who wouldn't normally take part in consultation.
Presenting all the information normally produced for the planning process and inviting local people to register and comment online, means that consultation becomes a simple and interactive process, and that all data is fully auditable. We use search engine optimisation and marketing, social media tools and digital PR to help drive people to our online consultations.

We were approached by BSkyB to help them communicate their plans for a new, sustainable broadcast facility in West London. The community website informs local people of Skys plans for number of sustainability features including a CCHP plant and Mixed Mode Ventilation. Users can register to sign-up for project updates and submit any questions, comments or ideas they may have. The site also features an interactive master plan of the site, time lapse movies of the building construction and film interviews with the project team.
