IT Operations
Alex is responsible for all of Consense’s IT requirements and security within our growing infrastructure. He manages all the intricacies surrounding the set up of a website or database, from domains and hosting to nameservers and SSL certificates. Alex’s skills are all backed up with industry qualifications, he holds Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) & Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows® OEM Pre-installation Kit Tools (MCTS) certificates. Alex is currently preparing us for ISO 27001 certification (data management)
Alex's Focus / Expertise
Alex established and maintains our server infrastructure where all our online consultation websites and Open Debate databases are hosted. To mirror the importance of the integrity of the data collected during the consultation process, Alex ensures this set up remains as robust and secure as possible.
