Consense re-appointed for sustainable Hackbridge scheme

We are delighted to announce our re-appointment by City & Provincial Properties on the development of Wandle Riverside, a sustainable mixed-use development on the Wandle Valley Trading Estate site in Hackbridge.

City & Provincial Properties have now submitted the planning application for the scheme, which includes approximately 120 new homes, enhanced public green spaces along the River Wandle, and the opportunity to maintain long-term employment.

Following a very successful pre-submission process last year, which spanned nearly 12 months, City and Provincial approached us to assist in their post-submission consultation.

We will continue to advise on best practice engagement, whilst producing various post-submission communication materials including public newsletters, stakeholder letters and email updates, all designed to encourage consultees to formally comment on the application via the Council’s portal.
