We have today launched our first US-based consultation for Mainstream Renewable Power's Green River Wind Farm, proposed for land between Walnut and Rock Falls in Illinois. The Open Debate online consultation is designed to engage the local community in the plans. It is the third website Consense has developed for Mainstream and hopefully the first of many trans-Atlantic projects!
