Friends of the Supergrid- full online consultation is launched!
We have today launched the full online consultation for Mainstream's Friends of the Supergrid (FOSG) Campaign; to coincide with the two day conference: "Supergrid: the future of renewable energy integration".
The FOSG is a grouping of like-minded companies who will campaign for the development and delivery of large scale DC interconnection in Europe as part of the implementation of the 2020 Directive and beyond. The campaign will be directed at the EU Institutions and at particular national governments and regulators to implement the necessary framework that will enable interconnection as part of the development of offshore wind and marine resources in northern Europe.
The full online consultation benefits from a re-design (incorporating the new logo and brand); a news video section and the option to register for updates, and to ask questions.
