Evelop has appointed Consense to run an online consultation for their Sheephouse Heights Windfarm, a five-turbine, 15 MW scheme planned for Stocksbridge, south west of Barnsley. This is the first of three schemes Evelop hopes to adopt the Open Debate system for.

The Sheephouse Heights site brings the information presented at Evelop’s public exhibition online and also provides access to the NTS. It includes an interactive map showing predicted views of the windfarm from 17 different locations.

We have been appointed by Bolsterstone Plc to assist with a series of community engagement campaigns for up to ten proposed windfarms throughout 2008. Work will include a brand new version of Open Debate, our online consultation system, that will enable content management across 10 websites from one central admin tool. We are also producing exhibition display boards, banner stands, leaflets, bookmarks and newsletters; managing PR and advertising; and reporting on feedback received the public exhibitions. The first project will be launched to the public in March.
